How do i submit a ticket?

- Start by, simply by pressing 'Open a New Ticket' on the top bar.
- IMPORTANT: Enter the EMAIL ADDRESS associated with your account as this will allow us to locate your maintenance plan faster and get the request authorised.
- Select the topic, e.g. Website Change Request or Report a Problem.
- Enter a brief summary
- Then enter in full your request in the large text box below.
- If you want to send us images, upload them at the bottom.
It's as easy as that, you will receive an authorisation email once authorised. Then our team will be in touch following this letting you know the next steps.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure all replies are done through this Partner Service Desk, do not reply to any emails from us as they are no-reply inboxes. This process ensures your website is secure, as emails are not 100% secure, whereas this platform is!
